We posted this on Facebook… our kids often have to walk across a flooded main road to school. Port-de-Paix is subject to severe flooding, which creates unsanitary conditions. Here are some photos of the flooding in Port-de-Paix and the dramatic impact upon everyone living here. Although we cannot build the infrastructure needed to prevent flooding, we are working on projects that will make it less of a health hazard.
