Although the children at House of Hope have rice and beans twice a day, the third meal is usually bread and water. These are the fortunate ones; most children in northwest Haiti do not know if they will eat today.

We are extremely grateful for the donation of brand new commercial washers and dryers from a laundromat owner. This donation means laundry for the hospital and orphanage no longer has to be done by hand.
